What we expect from you?

- previous versatile consultancy experience of 2-4 years in a law firm for associate positions and 5-6 years for middle management positions, respectively;
- solid legal background and business oriented thinking;
- curiosity, courage, passion, perseverance, team spirit and an excellent command of English, while Italian would be a plus.

Our consultancy team advises sophisticated clients in various industries such as energy, infrastructure and construction, healthcare, real estate or manufacturing. We are involved in day-by-day advice to clients and have relevant impact in their business and operations, while also constantly handling complex corporate matters, project developments and M&A transactions, just to name a few.
